Unless otherwise agreed, our fees are based on the time spent by a fee earner and other staff on an assignment at the hourly rate applicable to the work undertaken.

If requested and wherever possible, Forensic Accounting Solutions will provide an estimate of the likely fee to be incurred. Such an estimate will usually be in the form of a range of likely costs.

Forensic Accounting Solutions charges any significant disbursements.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices rendered by Forensic Accounting Solutions are payable within 30 days.

Forensic Accounting Solutions are willing to consider taking on cases funded through conditional fee agreements and will discuss the possibility of deferring fees on a case by case basis.
