The main types of service and areas of work on which we are regularly instructed are listed below:

Types of service

Advisory Providing detailed letters of advice on the quantum of a claim and appropriate measures of loss, further information to request and lines of investigation. Where necessary providing a critique on another expert’s work.
Expert Investigating a claim and providing an expert and authoritative report on the appropriate measures of loss and their valuations. Attending conferences with Counsel and mediations, joint expert meetings and, if necessary, providing evidence in Court. 
Mediation Advising on and preparing reports for Mediation. Acting as a mediator.
Determination Determining disputes as an expert either within or outside the ICAEW Presidents Scheme.
